Welcome to Fake Interview, operated by Lilly021. These Terms and Privacy Policy apply to all individuals applying or acting as mentors on our platform. By joining as a mentor, you agree to these provisions and acknowledge that your participation helps candidates prepare for real interview experiences.

1. Eligibility and Application

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and have relevant professional or technical experience suitable for mentoring.
  • You agree to provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, professional background, and uploaded CV.
  • Lilly021 reserves the right to approve or reject applications without obligation to provide reasons.

2. Mentor Responsibilities

  • Mentors must conduct sessions in a respectful, supportive, and professional manner.
  • All feedback should be constructive and aimed at improving candidates’ performance.
  • Discriminatory, offensive, or unethical behavior will result in removal from the platform.

3. Use of Information and Privacy

  • We collect mentor data such as name, email, professional information, and uploaded documents for verification and display purposes.
  • Your public mentor profile (including name, title, and experience) may be visible to registered users.
  • All personal data is processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws and not sold to third parties.

4. Confidentiality and Content Ownership

  • You must keep all candidate data and communication confidential and may not use it outside the platform.
  • Any materials or feedback you provide may be stored for service improvement and quality control purposes.
  • Lilly021 retains ownership of all platform content, training materials and tools.

5. Payments and Future Compensation

  • Currently, mentoring is a voluntary contribution. In the future, paid sessions may be introduced under separate contractual terms.
  • Mentors will be notified of any payment structure or revenue-sharing opportunities before implementation.

6. Data Retention and Security

  • We keep mentor-related data only as long as necessary for operational, legal, or audit purposes.
  • We use secure storage and encryption practices to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

7. Termination

  • Lilly021 may suspend or terminate a mentor account in case of policy violations or misconduct.
  • Mentors may request profile deletion or data removal via email at any time.
